How do I place an order ?

To add the item you wish to purchase to your shopping Cart, select the product and click on the "Add to shopping cart » button. You can shop without creating an account. However, if you register with us, you’ll enjoy the benefits of tracking your order, request a return directly from your account, add pieces to your wishlist…

How do I track my order ?

You will receive a confirmation email once we deliver your package and process your delivery. To know the status of your orders, please go on “My account” and click on “My orders”.

Can I amend or cancel an item from my order ?

We’re unable to modify an approved order. If you need to make any cancelation to your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.


What are the delivery times ?

Your order will be carefully controlled and packed by the PETER AND MAY team in our Parisian workshop. We will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days using UPS or DHL services and you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

What are the delivery costs ?

We’re happy to offer FREE worldwide shipping.

What can I do if I am absent on the day of delivery ?

Our shipping partners offer you the flexibility to make changes to your delivery. Using the tracking number of your delivery, follow the delivery of your parcel on the website www.dhl.com ou www.ups.com. If you are absent, the carrier will leave the parcel or a delivery notice in your letterbox so that you can pick it up at the closest post office.

Can my delivery address and my billing address be different ?

Yes, your delivery address can be different from your billing address as long as both addresses are in the same country. Please untick the box that says 'My billing information is the same as my delivery information’ and then you can enter in your correct billing details.

What are the delivery options ?

We will dispatch your order using UPS or DHL services and you will receive a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.


How secure is my payment ?

PETERANDMAY.COM uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to encrypt and protect the data you send us over the internet. All payments are securely processed over HTTPS and your information are not registered.

What are the payment methods?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Carte Bleu, American Express and Maestro cards.
You can also choose to pay with PayPal.

I have just received my product but I want to return it and be refunded. What should I do?

Notre objectif est votre entière satisfaction. Si tel n'est pas le cas, nous serons heureux d'accepter tout remboursement dans les 14 jours suivant l'achat. 

Veuillez cliquer sur Mes commandes / Effectuer un retour dans votre compte client, ou envoyez-nous simplement un e-mail. Le produit doit être retourné en parfait état, non porté, dans son intégralité (accessoires, étuis, booklet etc…) et expédié dans son emballage d'origine accompagné d’une copie de la facture. 

Une fois votre retour réceptionné, votre remboursement sera immédiatement crédité (le remboursement peut cependant prendre jusqu'à 15 jours ouvrables pour être visible sur votre compte). 

 Nous ne sommes pas responsables des retours perdus. Nous recommandons une méthode d'expédition avec une preuve de livraison ou un numéro de suivi. Nous vous recommandons de prendre toutes les précautions utiles afin de garantir sa protection. Tout produit abimé, usagé ou incomplet ne pourra faire l’objet d’un remboursement.

Can I exchange my order ?

We invite you to make a return request and place a new order for the desired item.

How do I get my money back after a return?

You will receive your refund via the same method that you used to pay for the product(s).
From the moment we authorise the refund, your bank still needs to process it.
If you paid using Paypal, the refund will appear on your Paypal account.

When will I get my refund after I returned my order ?

Once your return has been received, your refund will be credited immediately (it may take up to 15 business days to be reflected on your account).

Are the shipping costs refunded if I make a return?

We will not refund the return shipping costs unless :

- Receipt of a product that does not correspond to the original order.
- Receipt of a defective product
