However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept all refund requests within 14 days of receiving your parcel. To request a return, please complete the ‘Request a return label’ form.
The PETER AND MAY team will approve your request and send you a return label within a maximum of 48 working hours. The product must be returned in perfect condition, unworn and complete (including accessories, case, booklet, etc.), in its original packaging. We also ask that you take all necessary precautions to protect your parcel. Any product that is damaged, used or incomplete will not be eligible for a refund.
Once we have received your return, we will process the refund. This will appear in your bank account within 7 working days. If you have received the wrong item or a faulty item, please contact us.
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different model or colour, please return your product to receive a refund, then place a new order on our website.
