In our Parisian workshop

On a production tour

Our atelier in Paris gathers design, workshop and shipments at the same place. Thanks to this, we always keep an eye on all the steps to guarantee a perfect product. Our Parisian team controls the quality, dresses the frames and checks by hand every part of the product before handing it to you.

Mazzucchelli supplies eco-friendly thermoplastic material, which blends cellulose acetate with a plasticizer from natural sources. When available, our acetate is eco-friendly.

Our sun lenses come with an anti-reflection treatment and a UV400 treatment.
About the acetates, our team always proceeds with the oven-drying. This resting time allows us to regulate the hygrometry of the plate and thus, to create healthier materials, staying aware of skincare.

The Mazzucchelli acetate, the Japanese titanium of unmatched value, the protective lens polymers of the highest technical standards. The colors of our sun lenses are custom-made in the workshops of our partners. Some of our mineral glass lenses come from the world’s leading optical lens manufacturer Barberini. Each pivot is supported by quality rivets, along with 5 x knuckles, some of our styles come with the OBE ISS’ technology hinges. Moreover, by compressing each plate and subjecting it to high pressure before the shaping process, we extend durability by increasing the density of the material.

A small button found in an antique shop, punched by a French fashion house, served as a source of inspiration. It initiated this cross stitch, which has become the distinctive sign of our brand.
