The PETER AND MAY team will review your request and get back to you with a return label within 48 business hours.

Items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, complete (including accessories, pouches, booklet, etc.), and in their original packaging. Please ensure your parcel is carefully packed, as any damaged, worn, or incomplete return will not be eligible for a refund.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund. It will appear on your bank account within 7 business days.

We are not able to process exchanges. If you wish to order a different style or color, please return your product for a refund and place a new order on our website.
